Optimising the perinatal period to reduce the adverse impact on the offspring
Main Objective of WG4
To stimulate the healthy development of the fetus in order to improve positive outcomes.
- T4.1 Synthesise the best practices for reducing maternal perinatal stress through non-pharmacological treatments
- T4.2 Qualitative interviews of partners and families across a sample of countries to identify potential social, cultural and psychological factors (e.g. resilience) associated with a reduction of maternal perinatal stress in order to develop a toolkit for partners and families
- T4.3 Critical appraisal of methods to improve the mother-baby dyad, the father-baby dyad and the mother-father dyad
